As a Senior Financial Analyst at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across our global commercial real estate platform. This position combines advanced financial modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support critical business decisions that shape JLL's market leadership. You'll work directly with senior leadership teams, providing insights that influence investment strategies, operational efficiency, and client solutions. What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
- Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within corporate finance or real estate environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to senior executives
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification demonstrating commitment to financial excellence
- Previous experience in commercial real estate, REIT operations, or real estate investment management
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence platforms
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards, particularly as they relate to real estate
