About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help keep the day-to-day work moving across channels, campaigns, content, events, and marketing operations. This is a generalist role. One day you may be publishing a social post or updating a website page; the next, you may be loading a client story into our content library, coordinating a podcast, or pulling campaign performance numbers. You will work across the team rather than own a single channel, helping turn plans into finished work and making sure important details do not get lost. This role is remote. We are hiring in the Indianapolis and Chicago markets to provide access to clients, events, and team gatherings when needed.

What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, or internship experience with meaningful hands-on work and demonstrated output.
  • Comfortable using AI as part of your day-to-day work.
  • You do not need to be an AI expert or have experience with a specific tool, but you should be curious and experienced in how AI can improve your work, solve problems, automate tasks, and help you learn faster.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • You can draft a social post, email, or page update that requires minimal editing
  • Highly organized and dependable.
  • You follow through and keep work moving without needing to be reminded.
  • Resourceful and a self-starter.
  • You are comfortable figuring things out when there is not an established playbook, and you identify areas of need and are proactive in offering support and ideas.
  • Curious about how our business works and who we serve.
  • Our buyers are varied, and effective marketing requires understanding their needs and context.
  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities and collaborating with different members of a marketing team.
