Description

  • Travel to commercial properties for inspection and data entry
  • Inspect and enter data for commercial real estate owners
  • Work outdoors on commercial properties in all weather conditions
  • Use of laser measuring tools, 3D cameras, aerial maps, and software for data entry, surveyor mapping, and reporting
  • Climb ladders and use hand tools, cameras, and tablet computers to enter property inspection survey data

Job Requirements

  • Willing and able to travel overnight Monday through Friday (home most weekends)
  • Reliable vehicle that can carry a 6-foot extension ladder and handle long-distance drives
  • Comfortable using ladders to access roofs of commercial buildings (up to 25-feet)
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds independently
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience in property inspecting, surveying and data entry
