Description

  • Capturing complex data without errors, ensuring the quality and credibility of final site plans
  • Effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a professional tone
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn, laser measuring tools, 3D cameras, aerial maps, and software for data recording and mapping
  • Meeting travel and project deadlines, and efficiently prioritizing tasks
  • Climbing ladders, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and using hand tools as well as tablet computers and cameras
  • The ability to find solutions and adapt to changing circumstances is vital

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous but not necessarily required
  • This role requires independent work, dedication, self motivation and initiative
  • The ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients for smooth project execution
  • Frequent travel required, including extended trips away from home with a flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Resilience and composure while working outdoors and sometimes in inclement weather to meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively Monday - Friday (home most weekends)
  • Access to a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot extension ladder and handling long-distance drives
  • Must be comfortable with using the ladder to get on roofs of commercial buildings
  • Physical fitness to lift at least 50 pounds independently
  • Comfort working around animals, insects, or other elements often found in and around commercial properties
