Description

  • Travel to commercial properties for data inspection and entry
  • Inspect and survey properties
  • Enter data without errors
  • Use technology for data entry and surveyor mapping
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Climb ladders and use hand tools
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with colleagues and clients

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to travel overnight Monday through Friday (home most weekends)
  • Have reliable vehicle for long-distance drives
  • Comfortable using ladders to access roofs of commercial buildings
  • Proficient with technology such as iPads, laptops, and cell phone applications
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds independently
  • Experience in property inspecting, surveying, and data entry is advantageous
  • Strong work ethic and self-direction
  • Experience working effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Resilience and composure while working outdoors under tight project deadlines
