Solicits & evaluates ODOT-let project proposals, processes addenda, evaluates low bidder &/or bidding capacity, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) utilization, makes recommendations for award to Construction Contract Awards Committee, monitors contractor compliance with matters impacting a firm’s ability to bid on & be awarded an ODOT contract, ensures compliance with ODOT policies & state/federal rules & regulations, utilizes computer & related software (e.g., AASHTOWARE, AASHTOWARE Project (AWP)) with necessary data to create bidding proposals, addenda, & electronic bidding files &/or to update awarded & rejected bidders & projects, updates Office of Contracts website with award results & bid tabulations, responds to requests regarding Contracts web page, processes requests for publications (i.e., Construction & Materials Specification Book (CMS)), utilizes computer & related software (e.g., Billing & Shipping (BAS) system, Microsoft Office, Appropriation Accounting (AA)) to maintain revenue accounts, posts, updates & monitors accounts receivable, prepares monthly statements for distribution, logs, reviews & batches checks, verifies accuracy of check amounts, company name & date received, posts receipt of payments to individual customer accounts, performs other work-related duties as assigned, answers telephone, receives & delivers mail, inventories & orders supplies
