Partner with Project Managers, Assistant Managers and ROW agents in day-to-day data entry, filing activities, and document creation including acquisition documents, line lists, and landowner files. Responsible for drafting introduction letters, developing offer packages, preparing scopes, and conducting market data studies. Review and check documentation for accuracy and are responsible for final internal quality control of documents and the filing of original documents in right of way records system. Responsible for a successful project close out.

Works efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines, as well as balance multiple projects by prioritizing effectively. Responsible and demonstrates organizational and planning skills. Has a desire to learn. Is analytical and detail oriented. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Thrives working in a fast-paced administrative office setting. Models strong customer service orientation. Prior experience as an office administrator, paralegal, court or document clerk or equivalent profession. Must be technologically proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel, along with other electronic databases. Has to be comfortable operating in a digital document environment. Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems. Valid Driver’s License. Bonus Points if you have experience in the Right of Way or Real Estate industry.
